Heather is a Real Estate Advisor with the Ziegelbaum Group, serving Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and the greater Broward County area. She brings a rare blend of academic depth, policy experience and practical market knowledge to the South Florida real estate landscape. For more than two decades, Heather served as a professor and researcher at Fordham University in New York City, and previously as a senior policy advisor on the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, where she contributed to high-level economic and financial policy strategy in Washington.
Having personally bought and sold multiple properties throughout the United States, Heather understands the complexities of residential and investment transactions from the client perspective. Now based in Fort Lauderdale, she applies her data-driven mindset and analytical rigor to help buyers, sellers and investors make confident, well-informed decisions in one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, market insight, and long-term relationship building, which are core values shared by the Ziegelbaum Group.
Outside of real estate, Heather is married to a filmmaker and shares life with her beloved Labrador, Sicily. An avid tennis player, she brings the same competitive spirit and strategic discipline to each client relationship, helping them achieve their home and investment goals with confidence and clarity.
